University of Agriculture & Technology, Kanpur, Coordinator for 3 years Nigeria (West Africa), World Bank, Zonal Coordinator (U.P. & Bihar), Govt. of India, ICAR, Consortium Partner of NAIP(C3), ICAR, Member of U.P. Council of Agri. Research, Advisor to UP SRLP, Advisor to UP DASP, Govt. of U.P., Member Joint Advisory, Committee of Television & Radio, Lucknow, Govt. of U.P. He was also consultant in International Rice Research Institute, Manila, Philippines, Asian Development Bank, European Union, World Bank and Govt. of Nigeria (W.A.).
